Description: Consistently over the passed several years my blue bin collection gets skipped. With the amount of packaging these days the blue bin is usually full in one week. Then add the skipped pick ups on a regular basis. We are having to put our blue bin recycling into our trash bin. Really ineffective for recycling. Our bins are not over full. We composted before you gave us the green bin so it’s not dirty and if I put it any further out in the road it will get hit. Please make sure we get our pick up.
