Description:A tent has been set up in Bay Terraces Community park behind Zamorano. There is litter outside of the tent including empty alcohol bottle. The tent is set up in the grass area of the park. This is a concern because of the neighboring school Zamorano. Today is 2-21-17 nobody has been seen at or in the tent this morning. The tent was not present on Thursday 2-16-17.
