Description:Non emergency altercation. Caller at 2-1-1 called requesting non emergency line. Call disconnected before I could provide number. Altercation broke out between caller and a crying woman and another unknown person. Caller started yelling "if you hit me again!" Tried returning call but went to voicemail. Phone was (213) 949-1670. Call to place at 9am 2/21/2017.
