Description:Several abandoned homeless camps in our canyon have left a lot of trash and created a sanitation issue. Besides being an eyesore and hygienically unsafe, there is also a downstream pollution problem due to the recent rains that feed into our bays and ocean. The canyon between Johnson Ave and Hayes Ave, between 163 and 10th Ave in Hillcrest/University Hts., 92103. A portion of the area is on Caltrans property, and some is on the City of San Diego's.
