Description:The speed limit sign at the northeast corner of Rosecrans and Owen in Point Loma was pulled out of the ground during an accident about 4 weeks ago. We assumed the city would come back and remove or replace it, but so far it remains laying on the curbside. Attached are pictures. Please let me know that you received this email and when you expect to take action.
