Description:*2nd time* Suspicious brown motor home. Already reported it once to PD on a non emergency number. The same motor home is back and parked now on another part of the street. This is not a home owner owned RV. License plate 6USH744 brown TIOGA FORD 3-5 individuals inside smoking marijuana. And looking inside neighbors garage.
