Description:This vacant property has been overgrown due to the recent rain - the property owner does not maintain it. Children walk through it and there appears to be a blue tarp (homeless encampment) that has popped up recently. Please contact the property owner and ask them to clean it up / fence it as appropriate. Thank you!
