Address: 3994–4098 Albatross St - install flashers at xwalk
Description:New High Visibility Crosswalk that was installed needs to have flashers put on the ground across Washington Street and signing put in the middle of the road on the median as well. The road paint and flashing lights on both sides of the road do not stop traffic. I have personally witnessed at least 10 people try to cross and have multiple cars run through. I tried it myself on multiple days and at night. No one stops. At times, there were pedestrians that were nearly hit. A woman posted about being almost hit by 3 cars and was stuck in the middle of the intersection with two babies in a stroller. Please address this safety issue asap. Thank you!
