Description:Noise complaint. The Harp has been hosting live music with the sound mitigating windows and door open for over two hours. Noise (music and crowd yelling) is greater than 60 dB limit set by San Diego for a commercial zone and is of sufficient level to be heard throughout neighboring apartments through multiple walls and with all windows closed.
