Description:We need 15 mile an hour speed limit signs in ally in the 4800 block of Newport Avenue. Drivers use the ally as a thoroughfare to avoid having to use Newport Avenue off of Sunset Cliffs Blvd; the go through the ally at high rates of speed with no regard for business driveways or other drivers using the ally. Also, would like a "Hidden Driveway" sign outside of or business driveway at 4828 Newport Avenue. Thank you
