Description:This RV is constantly parked under the overpass. I'm not sure if this is illegal or not, but it definitely is an eyesore to those of us who live nearby and have to drive by it every day. Allowing this behavior would definitely encourage others to park their vehicles day and night where vehicles aren't supposed to be parked.
