Description:Trench across El Cajon Blvd ends at a sinking trench. Very poorly repaired and now a big hole in the pavement, causing a major hazard esp for bicycles. Hopefully the city holds the utility/project accountable for damage to the city street and such a truly terrible patch job. SDGE sunken trench.
